1. Vitamin C-Rich Foods: 

Dietitian Tanvee Tutlani advised consuming citrus fruits for a mid-meal snack. Vitamin C is known to boost immunity and citrus fruits have the nutrient in abundance. Here are some citrus fruits you can add to your diet.

2. Ginger Water:

3. Garlic Soup:
