A street vendor in Surat, for example, created an unusual pizza recipe that surprised its patrons. As you can see in the video, the street vendor assembles the pizza by placing the pizza base on a large banana leaf and then adding pizza sauce, toppings, cheese, paneer cubes, and seasonings. Later, she wraps the pizza in a banana leaf and places it in a pan. That is how the well-known patra fish is created. The pizza has taken the place of the fish in this recipe.
